I am feeling very accomplished this morning. I finally overcame my resistance, fear, inertia and all the other excuses and went for a swim in the sea. It was freezing. It was invigorating. It was a great way to start the day.
Today is the day I leave this place and so was a case of now or never. Nothing like a deadline to spur me into action. That is something I know about myself. Give me unlimited time and it won't get done but give me a fixed point to complete something and I am much more likely to do it.
Are you like me and leave things until the last chance (or not do them at all), or are you motivated to take action without the external pressure of a deadline?
